Adding items to an upcoming subscription order


Take full advantage of your subscription’s complimentary shipping! 

A little under 48 hours before your subscription order's roast date, we offer an around 24 hour window to add select coffee items and merchandise, onto that next order (not all items available on the webshop are available as add-ons). 

At that time, we send an email with the subject, “It’s Time to Customize Your Coffee Order”.

  1. Click the "Manage Next Shipment" link in the email (during this around 24 hour window, this same link is also at the top of the BB home page as well as in your subscription dashboard)

  2. Peruse the the resulting page, in the "Something Else?" section, for select items available as add-ons

  3. Make your selections from the list of items by clicking on the button beneath each item you want to add to your order

Voilá! Those items chosen from the add-ons page will be added to your forthcoming subscription order and will be sent along with the same complimentary shipping you enjoy on your subscription.

Some heads-ups: 

Merchandise items can ship separately from coffee. Be sure to check the order details on your Order History page to see if your chosen items are coming in multiple packages.

There are some cases where there is not a 48 hour window present sufficient to accommodate this feature. Examples include: 

  • moving an order date up to a date sooner than 48 hours from the date the change is made
  • the first order on a resuming subscription (after having been paused)
  • the first order on a new subscription
